Carrie rides along
with insurance agents.

Everything Londyn does for a contractor, Carrie does for an agency — built so health details stay off the recording and in your hands only.

What's different for an agent

The basics, by voice

Carrie gets what you'd want before you call back: zip code, turning 65 or on Medicare, current carrier, what they're shopping for, when their employer coverage ends, best time to reach them, who referred them. You pick which ones she asks.

Health questions, on the keypad

Yes-or-no questions — the standard field-underwriting ones — are asked with "press one for yes, two for no." The caller never says the answer out loud, so it's never on a recording or in a transcript. You choose the bank for each call reason (supplement, life, final expense, and so on).

Only you can see it

The keypad answers are locked behind your PIN on your list. They're not in the e-mail, not in the recap, not in the draft — and they're deleted on a schedule.

HIPAA-minded, in writing

A Business Associate Agreement is part of sign-up, every account runs in privacy mode, and the Carrie platform is separate from everything else we run — its own servers, its own encrypted database.

Drafts that respect the rules

The follow-up text or e-mail she writes for you never mentions a health answer. It says the caller reached out and when you'll call back.

The same ride-along

Your number stays. Your phone rings first. One list, reminders, the six o'clock recap, the welcome call, on and off with one tap.

What Carrie never does

No quotes, no coverage advice, no eligibility decisions. She takes the call, gets the facts, and gets them to you.
